Returns Eligibility
At collecty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at klingbrahim8@gmail.com or by phone at +1304614778981. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Method of Return: All returns must be sent back to us by mail to our official business address listed below once approved. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days from the approval date.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at klingbrahim8@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, send us an email at klingbrahim8@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at klingbrahim8@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a complete refund.
All products sold by collecty are covered by a 2 years manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipping.
To cancel an order, please email klingbrahim8@gmail.com with your order number and a formal request for cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
- Custom products
- Personal care items
- Health and wellness products
