Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (Midnight) Eastern Standard Time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

- Cost: FREE
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipping to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Locations
collecty currently ships to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions on certain products or to certain destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to your location at this time.

International Shipping
For international orders, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays.
- collecty is not responsible for delays due to customs.
For countries outside of the United States, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days for standard shipping (express shipping is Not Available), plus customs clearing time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at klingbrahim8@gmail.com. We will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue and file a claim.
For packages damaged during shipping, please contact us at klingbrahim8@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at klingbrahim8@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address if the order has already been processed.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with basic insurance covering loss or damage during transit. Additional shipping insurance is available at an extra cost during checkout.
